ICF welcomes camps, institutions, schools, community leaders, youth groups and educator to become mentors and partners. Through camp education these professionals can promote development by children and young people and prepare them to become contributing citizens in their community their country and the world.

If your own philosophy aligns with the concept of comprehensive and progressive development defined by ICF Youth Development Award, then you can make a more direct difference for the youth in your care.

You may follow the work of the ICF Youth Development Award and receive regular updates from our operation center. You may also promote the program to individuals or to your community as a whole.

Educators and professionals may also offer themselves up as potential mentors to be connected with young participants.

Mentors provide participants with specific camp education opportunities. They also provide guidance and advice as projects and activities unfold. Finally, they confirm accurate completion and recording after activities.
